Writing Sample from Media Law Class

The assignment was to take a landmark case that correlated to the field of advertising and discuss the implications along with cases that have cited this case as precedent. The case I chose was Time Inc. v. Firestone which created a precedent for public figures, public concern, and how to maintain a free press while also demanding action for falsifying the truth.
